Refund policy

We want you to love your Wallie Frame! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return window under the following conditions:

60-Day Return Window

You may return your Wallie Frame device for a refund within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the device must be in its original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Please contact our support team at hello@wallieframe.com within the 60-day window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship the Device: Once you receive your RMA number and shipping instructions, carefully package the device in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. For US orders, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  3. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the returned device, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund.

Refund Amount

Approved refunds are issued in full — the complete amount you paid, with no deductions for transaction fees or original shipping charges. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within approximately 5–10 business days after the return is processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your device for a different model or frame, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Wallie Frame arrives damaged or experiences a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, please contact us immediately at hello@wallieframe.com for assistance. This return policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or modification.
