Where We Ship

We ship throughout the United States and to most international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@wallieframe.com and we will let you know whether we can arrange delivery.

Shipping Rates

• United States — Standard: Free on every order.
• United States — Express: $15.00.
• International: Calculated at checkout based on your destination and shipped via DHL Express Worldwide.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipment notification with tracking information as soon as your Wallie is on its way.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays in transit once a package has been handed to the carrier. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

International orders may incur additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery, for which you are responsible. Where we are made aware of additional fees, we will notify you and you will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund, with no deductions.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your Wallie arrives damaged, or your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us at hello@wallieframe.com and we will make it right. For returns and refunds, see our Return & Refund Policy.
